  在项目中最常见的挑战是什么?我们如何处理它们?
  
  项目本质上是动态和有机的。模糊与变更贯穿所有项目。而清晰和资源通常会随着项目的进展而不断增长。
  
  一些非常常见的挑战——即使拥有最好的规划和资源也无法避免——包括:
  
  无法始终进行任务
  投资人在项目中期进行变更
  任务比计划需要更多的时间或资源
  管理挑战的关键在于预防。任何能够预测和防止问题以及不利变更发生的活动都可以使处理下游挑战变得更容易。
  
  变更是永恒的。我们要期待它、预测它、为其计划资源,并确认与它的沟通。
  
  The project manager''s job is to maintain a 360 degree perspective on the project--far more than just paying attention to his/her parts of the project. On any given day or week in a project, always study what''s coming up ahead in the project
  
  Use your experience and imagination to anticipate potential problems and changes that could occur in each of the future
  
  Put as many expectations in writing (make them as visual as possible) and make sure those who could negatively impact the project get copies of them (and follow-up calls whenever necessary). Do not rely on people''s individual memories (especially your own) in any project environment.
  
  Make sure people doing tasks are clear on the allotment of resources, budget, and time each task needs to not exceed
  
  Expect that change can happen from poor planning (bad reasons) as much as from innovation and learning (good reasons). Make sure that if one element changes--like the scope, schedule, or team--the required changes in the other elements get made
